There may be some less expensive ones also. Templates are pages that are already designed. All you have to do it put in your website content.
The downside to templates is the design layout can't be changed very easily unless you know how to do HTML. Space is also limited on the free templates. With the free templates, many people will have already used them, so there will be a website out there like yours with different content. If you decide to buy one instead, make sure it is from someone that sells only one copy.
You can also hire a designer to do the website for you, but normally the price is fairly high. There is also a lag in getting the website updated when you need to as you have to wait until your webmaster has a free spot to do it.
One other way to make websites is to learn HTML. Start out slow with a few beginner tutorials for beginners until you get a grasp and then dig in.
